Get ready for a challenging, fun, and exciting workout designed for ALL FITNESS LEVELS! This is not your typical "cardio kickboxing" program. Unlike most gyms with similar programs, you'll reduce the chance of injury by learning correct striking technique from experienced instructors who train fighters competing at the amateur and professional levels. This total body strength & conditioning program includes Kettlebells, bag work, plyometrics, and circuit/interval training. Fight Fit is a fun and extremely effective workout designed to burn calories, relieve stress, increase endurance, while strengthening and toning your entire body! In this safe, NON-CONTACT program, you'll get actual results, learn practical self defense techniques and develop functional fitness as you train like a fighter.
